Beethoven's 9th with the Newport Symphony Orchestra

The Central Coast Chorale joins the celebration of The Newport Symphony Orchestra's 30th season with a performance of Beethoven's Glorious 9th Symphony. We're excited to be performing this special event in the Austin Auditorium of the LaSells Stewart Center on the Oregon State University campus. We'll have 150 voices joining together on the famous choral finale Ode to Joy! Joyous indeed! Tickets are available through the OCCA Website.

The Newport Symphony Orchestra (NSO) at the Ocean with Music Director Adam Flatt brings to life a special performance of Ludwig van Beethoven’s powerful 9th symphony in Corvallis.

NSO will be joined by The Corvallis Repertory Singers, Willamette Master Chorus, and Central Coast Chorale – 150 voices in the combined choir - along with soloists Erica Brookhyser, Janice Johnson, Les Green, and Anton Belov for this special performance. Also included in this concert is Baal Shem by Ernest Bloch, performed by concertmaster Casey Bozell.
